TerangaGuest is the first Senegalese travel booking platform for West Africa. We offer accommodation (hotels, villas, apartments), experiences (excursions, guided tours), restaurants, and mobility services (car rental, transfers). The platform is operated by Universal Technologies Africa, a Senegalese company based in Dakar.

Search by destination and dates, browse the available listings, select the one that suits you and fill in your travel information. Payment is made online securely. Confirmation is sent by email and SMS in less than 30 seconds.

Confirmation is sent immediately after payment validation, by email and SMS. It contains all the details: accommodation name, dates, exact address, direct host contact, applicable cancellation policy.

The host’s contact details are provided in the confirmation email. You may also use the messaging integrated into your TerangaGuest personal area to communicate with the establishment before arrival.

Email at info@teranguest.com, WhatsApp at the number displayed on the site, phone during business hours (9am-6pm Dakar time), and chatbot integrated into the site in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.

All tourism providers in Senegal and West Africa: hotels, villas, furnished apartments, residences, car rental companies, tour guides, excursion agencies, restaurants, craft shops, nautical clubs. The only criterion is to be legally registered (NINEA, commercial register) and to comply with applicable local standards.

For YOG 2026 bookings (31 October – 13 November), payout is 15 days after the traveller’s check-out. For standard bookings, the delay is 30 days. For comparison, Booking.com pays in 30 to 45 days and Expedia up to 60 days.

Yes. You can change rates, availability and conditions at any time from your partner dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

We are in advanced discussions with the YOG Organising Committee (COJOJ) to become the official booking platform for accommodation and tourism services for YOG Dakar 2026.

Sign your TerangaGuest membership form before 30 June 2026. You get the YOG rate (7% to 10% depending on category) for 12 months, even after the Games end.
